Applying to Transfer - CSU/UTK/Oregon/Washington?

Hi all! I'm applying to transfer from SGU, I'm third term now and want to apply to Oregon, Washington, CSU, and UTK. I'm looking for more information about these schools I can use in my letters of intent (and any advice for writing a letter of intent for transferring!).

UTK really doesn't take transfers. You can try, but it isn't likely.
