Applying to TY and Prelim IM at the same hospital

I've been applying to both TY and Prelim programs, and a number of these programs are at the same hospital.

I've noticed that I will get an interview for one or the other, but never both. Does one interview cover both programs in these situations?

I would assume not, unless they tell you otherwise.

I have gotten gotten dual interview offers at Santa Clara Valley, and they said one interview day would suffice for both. But the offers came separately, at different times, from different people.
