Hi. I am sending my application in late July, but this will have my old DAT scores, which aren't bad, but aren't great. AA18 PAT17 (orgo 15..) I will be taking the KAPLAN which ends in October so these new (better!) scores won't get there till late October though--- will the commitee still look at these? What do I have to do? should i be worried?

yikes.

Thanks.

As I understand, as long as you indicate (on your application) the date of your future attempt (10/04), admissions committee's will understand that you are repeating the exam in an attempt to provide improved results. Your application file will be reviewed again when they arrive. Remember, dental schools do not begin to offer admission until December 1 and many schools do not begin to interview until late-September or early-October (after matriculating their incoming classes of 2008). Good luck in your repeat attempt! ... and believe, you will make it happen... 🙂
