I perform tahitian dance and get paid for it. Would this be appropriate in the experience section or should I not include it?

I don't see why not. Just don't mention that you were scantily clad and in erotic poses.

I think it an interesting enough non-medical pursuit that may get you some attention. Just yes, please make sure that they do not mistake the lovely art of tahitian dance with something involving a pole (although the latter would get you attention as well).😉
