For those applying this cycle and who have that final 1 or 2 semester left of undergrad, what is your courseload like? Mine is horrendous. <sp?.

Fall- Comparative Anatomy, Genetics, Senior research, Christian History.
Spring- Comparative Physiology, Biochemistry, molecular Bio, Calculus !!!😱

I would be very fortunate to have an acceptance b/c I think my gpa might take a hit. If I had the acceptance the pressure would def. be off, although I am so competitive I would study alot, but it wouldnt be devastating to me if I got below a 90 on an exam. ( like it is now) lol.

I'm not applying for 2008. But if you get your interview before fall semester is over you should be fine. From what I have read on the allo and osteo side of the forums as long as you don't bomb you'll be fine. If you did well all along I don't see a great concern. For your spring semester, good luck.

Yeah, I'm going to be busy over the fall and spring semesters also, but I'm not going to kill myself to get A's. I am taking Biochem in the fall, but I'm horrible at Chem, so I've decided that I'll be happy with a B. I'm really just taking it now so that it will be a little easier when I have to take it in med school. I figure that my grades thru this summer are most likely the only ones that will be figured into my application GPA. Plus, as long as I don't bomb, one B or even a C won't have that much effect on my GPA.

I figured I have proved myself enough over my academic career. Ive gotten 2 interviews so far, hopefully an acceptance will be granted in the fall sometime so the pressure will be off. Im trying to convince myself that getting the interview is the hard part!
