Apps with palm rejection

Hello!

Ive done a search for this and couldn't find it. I also tried looking at the tech forum but for some reason nothing shows up when I get there.

So I will be starting med school this fall and I have an iPad. I am looking for apps where I can handwrite my notes while still being able to rest my hand on the screen as I write (palm rejection). Can anyone with experience on this help me out please 😀

And Ive also looked up some recommendations for a good stylus that works well for handwriting on the iPad but I wanted some fresh input. Any ideas?
