I currently have two acceptances (extremely grateful for!!) from Arkansas and the burrell campus in Florida. I have to pay the seat deposit by tomorrow and is struggling to decide which school.

Some pros and cons:

Arkansas pros:
-loved the interview experience. the faculty seems really nice and so did the students
-big research center
-dean told us the match rate was 100% last year
-cheaper tuition than burrell (55k)
-federal loans

Arkansas cons:
-didn't really love the location that much
-was told board pass rate was kinda low
-grading is not pass/fail
-dress code on campus
-far from home

Burrell Florida pros:
-close to home
-good location
-P/F grading
-no dress code
-can't exactly remember the match rate from the interview and can't find info online but was close to 97-99%?

Burrell Florida cons:
-no federal loan
-for profit
-board pass rate was kinda low too?
-about 10k more expensive than arcom

That's all the info I have gathered so far but any additional insight will be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

I am biased because I absolutely love ARCOM, and I know nothing about BCOM. But personally, no matter how good BCOM is, I will never pick BCOM just because I don't want to bother with hurricane/flood given the fact that it is in Florida.

i'm biased btw!

ARCOM
Federal loans are a MUST. Location literally doesn't matter- you'll be studying from morning till night. Board pass rate 2024 was 94%. Dress code isn't real (just wear some school merch and that meets dress code).
During interviews, I've been complemented by my 1st quartile ranking which P/F doesn't have I think (some schools list it only if you're upper quartile)
The research center isn't going to help you. It's not built out to completion and research isn't yet established. Anyways, You SHOULDN'T be doing bench research during the semester anyways. That has came to bite some classmates because you really need to spend 100% of your time studying. Summer research is a good idea and highly recommended.

BCOM
P/F makes your life much but I don't think alone that is the reason to go.
The most important reason for you is LOCATION. If it's that close to home, and you can't live without them, then this may be better but still....this is if you're extremely needy.

It seems your heart wants BCOM however due to location.
I actually choose ARCOM!! At the end I decided that federal loans was the priority. Thank you still for your input, much appreciated!
