It doesn't look like anything. You've already graduated. Either you pass or you fail, those results I get no matter what. I like getting the breakdown by subject, and a decile rank, because that let's me assess how well the various evaluation tools (ITE, evaluations, crystal ball, etc) work and also give me information about any holes in our curriculum.
My bottom line is: releasing your scores to your prior program director cannot hurt you in any way that I can see. It would be illegal for a PD to further release your scores anyway. They do help quite a bit in evaluating the program as a whole, however, so I would encourage you to release them.
