Are classes at higher-tier UG schools more difficult than lower-tier UGs?

That's true. How many are reapplicants is unknown. How many who did post-bacs is also unknown. And more importantly, how many get weeded out and denied a committee letter is also unknown. But hey, if you make it through the inner process, you're basically guaranteed a spot in medical school.
