First off, im very confident in my evaluators, i have worked for them all for an extended period and they are all PhD's and MD's. But, does this really matter? I mean, everyone gets said the same things about them in one form or another. One prof i had wrote the same thing for everyone. So, can they really sift through all of these and really have them work in your favor?

LOR's don't really carry that much weight if they are good, but if they are bad then I think that can really hurt you. But it also depends on the school and how much they actually look into your application.

The worse your stats, the more important they become; the better your stats, the less important they become.
