Not really sure how the NBME scores its practice tests. Given that the passing score has changed does that also change the predictability of the NBMEs in any way?
are nbmes still accurate with new step II passing score?

The passing score just changes based on the mean. It has nothing to do with the accuracy of the NBMEs.
