Are new MD schools (opened in the past 4 years) considered similar to established DO schools in terms of match outcomes?

MD schools open fewer than 4 years have no Matched students yet, so this is an unanswerable query.
The best you can do when trying to make a decision like this is compare the available resources of each related to 3rd and 4th year planning for training locations and also judge the location and cost factors that fit you best

edited to add: I see from your post history that you have already started at a newer MD school so this decision is behind you.
Focus on your classes and doing your best to master the material and when you are in the second half of MS2 seek out more information about clerkships

Majority of match outcomes are on the student unless you go to a top 20 school. Focus on doing what you can control and the rest of the pieces will fall in place.
