Is there a database of med schools that accept transfers (MD and/or MSTP)?

(May become necessary due to familial issues/research opportunities).

Wait, you haven't started yet? No school advertises that they take transfers; this isn't undergrad. It's easier as long as you haven't matriculated (and thus could reapply), but you should check the deferral policies.
