Does anyone feel as though their ward months don't really help you prepare for step 3? I suppose I'm feeling prepared for the CCS portion because your just putting in orders, but I feel like I don't see that much diverse pathology in the hospital, and feel as though the way we practice in real life is different from the board answers.
