Based on this accurate and highly scientific survey of minorities in medicine, I believe that the Irish should be considered URMs. In fact, I believe a movement is underway to establish a medical school at Notre Dame for the express purpose of educating this long ignored medical minority.

I guess they are "under-represented" in some ways. Gotta make up for all the suffering as a result of the Irish Curse!
