Are the NBME's all the same difficulty??

Hey all,

Does anyone know if the NBME exams are all the same difficulty is one easier than the others? I took Form 1 2.5 weeks ago and did relatively well on it, but someone at my school mentioned that it was easier than Forms 2 and 3. Anyone agree or disagree??

Also, for those of you who have already taken Step 2 CK, how would compare the difficulty of the questions versus USMLEworld and the NBME's?

I'm taking CK pretty soon and am just trying to get an idea of what to expect. Thanks everyone!!

i think usmleworld has been useful for a lot of the questions on nbme. but some of the nbme questions are very frustrating, and i have no idea at what point in my training i should have learned certain things (how soon after heart attack to recommend intercourse, wtf?)
