Are the only places I can send my MCAT score for DO schools TMDSAS and AACOMAS?

I am applying DO through both AACOMAS and TMDSAS, is the only option is to send the scores to those two and let them send the scores to the schools? I cant send my scores to the schools directly?

Yeah, that's what I did. When I got my MCAT score back (took it again and I already submitted) I created a score report and e-mailed it to a few schools. TCOM got back to me for interview within ~3 days after I e-mailed them. Good luck!
