Are there any specific schools that will want grade updates for secondaries/interviews?

Applying before spring quarter grades come out. I think my GPA is gonna go down after this quarter (not enough to get admissions rescinded, but mostly B's) and would prefer to not show schools these grades until after I have been admitted. Are there certain schools that will want to hear about grades not included in AMCAS gpa during secondaries/interviews?

I'm already limited financially. This question should have been phrased more as a "should I assume I'll have to update schools with spring quarter grades"
