Are we not allowed to set up the paper during PAT tutorial

Hey, I was reading someone's breakdown and he mentioned something that made me freak out.
He said they didn't let him set up the paper for pat during the tutorials and I just want to know if this a new thing or it depends on how messed up the proctor is?



On a side note: I'll do a test drive a month from now, should I ask them if they allow this or not, or should I leave it to fate!

I would call and ask your test center beforehand. I had also read people's breakdowns before taking my DAT, and it seems like it really depends. My test center did not allow me to write anything on the scratch paper beforehand.
