are you suppose to write down the number of hours you've done?

For example, do I need to put that I did over 150 hours of volunteering at a hospital or do I just put that the dates I've done them, how many years, etc. What about other activities, e.g. teaching, part time job, internships, clubs, etc? You put this in the experiences section right?

Simple, eh? You can also write down total hours in the description field.
