Also, is there any such residency in international health?

I have not heard of residency programs in International Health, as it is not a specialty per se. However, there are several Family Practice Programs which have an International Health Track, often leading to a certification in International Health. Check the AAFP site for a list of residency programs in Family Practice which offer an International Track.
