Arizona: Did anyone interview in the afternoon?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I'll let you know after next monday if that's not to late for you. I'm sure someone else has gone in the afternoon though🙂

If so, do you recommend it? Thanks in advance for the input...😛
I'm going in the afternoon next week. I heard someone say they don't recommend it cause a lot of the students had gone home by the time they took the tour...depends if you wanted to walk up to students and ask questions.

I'm not much of a morning person, so I'm choosing the afternoon.

You do realize that you gain time by traveling westward, right? It's either two or three hours that you gain, depending on when you come . . . but still, that's better than when I travel eastward and have to wake up at 5 AM AZ time.

Oh, I'm flying the day before. I don't want to cut it close and depend on planes being on time.

I interviewed in the afternoon last week. I'm not a morning person so it was a good choice for me. The clinic was pretty empty by the time we took the tour but there were plenty of students to talk to in the sim lab. One good thing that happened was the students that help interview came in the morning and then cut out in the afternoon because they had to study. This could be good or bad, but it was one less person on the interview panel so a little less stressful if you ask me.

I interviewed in the afternoon and this was exactly how things happened for me too. My student interterviewer never showed so it was just 2 on 1. I knew i could take em then:laugh: . It was very empty when we went on our tour too. i would suggest the morning if you know the school and their philosophy already. if not then take advantage of having all day to find out their way of thinking so you can better answer some of the questions in a way that meshes your opinions with theirs.
