Does anyone know where I would mail the changed direct deposit for to? I'm switching banks and want my direct deposit changed as well.

i'm pretty sure you can do that electronically through the mypay website.

You can do it online through the MODS website. Click on "Update" then enter your bank information under the "Financial" section. I did it and didn't have any problems.

I did it that way and it never went though. I had to fax the office a copy of the paperwork before they accepted it.

what office did you fax it to? im trying to change mine to USAA and i want to get it done ASAP. mods wont do the trick?

Call up the Army Med office and tell them you are trying to update your direct deposit. Let them know you changed it on the website but need to fax in the forms. They should give you a number and person to fax it to.


Takes about 3 weeks before you see a change
