I'm starting Dental School this fall. I'm wondering if the Army HPSP 4 year scholarship is still an option for me, or if it's too late at this point? What is the application Process like? How long does it take? How competative is it?

No, it's not too late. But apply as soon as possible. The army has more positions than the Navy and Air Force. Depending on how on top of things you are and how efficient your recruiter is, it could only take a month. If you procrastinate it could take 2-3.
