Army HPSP textbook reimbursement

I am first year med student with the Army HPSP.
I have purchased two course-required textbooks this week.
Does anyone know how to submit the reimbursement inquiry to the HPSP program?
My recruiter is not knowledgeable nor helpful…unfortunately…
