Army reg for family leave?

Does anyone know if there is an Army Reg about how much time I am allowed off after my wife delivers? The baby is due 04FEB09.

As many days as you have accrued. You can also go 30 days 'in the hole' with command authorization, but this means no leave for the next 365 days.

That being said, some commands will cut you some slack. I was allowed 6 weeks, but I was the one who had the baby.

10 days permissive leave in the AF. But it is at the discretion of the commander and can be withdrawn if the mission doesn't allow it.

General standard is a week. (at least what I have seen) Can be longer in line units that are not ramping up to deploy. I got half a day with my first. Admittedly I was an intern in the ICU at the time of delivery.
