How does Arsenic cause glycolysis to produce zero net ATP ? And how can we expect to see a question stem indicating Arsenic poisoning? ( For e.g. old houses - for lead )

I recall from a Qbank question years ago that instead of going from 1,3-BPG to 3-PG, and so forth, you just bypass the latter steps straight to pyruvate. Yet again of u want a clean answer id do a Google search.

Acute arsenic poisoning – severe watery diarrhea, hypotension from dehydration, QTc prolongation, garlic odor. Found in insecticides and contaminated water. Treat with dimercaprol (british anti-lewisite) a chelating agent.
