Articles on big healthcare systems

Can anyone point out some articles regarding how big healthcare systems impact local economics? Specifically in terms of employment, taxes etc? Doing a project for a course and all I can find are non-reputable sources on the internet. If anybody could swing some articles my way it would be greatly appreciated.

Specifically anything regarding Northwell health or big east coast groups, but literally any article would be helpful (including west coast or HMO plans).
