The amount great looking young students and pharmacists is astounding. Dana Carvey was great. No blockbuster drugs to speak of...except for generic Zofran. Clinical and administrative content sucked. I wonder why I keep going every year.
Maybe I'll present next year. That will make it more exciting... I'll present why Zpak sux.. and how much money I saved the hospital system by using Albuterol over Xopenex.
That would be so awesome. I mean, if you published a paper that was actually titled, "Why Zpak Sucks" and then proceeded to present it at some mid-year thing. I'd actually go if I could.

The student programming wasn't very good. Besides the Residency Showcase, there wasn't much else there for students. It seems like you'd go to the showcase, talk to the programs you were interested in, and then had nothing to do for the rest of the time. I think they should have had more to do. The programming on Sunday was alright, but most students there had already decided to do a residency so they no longer needed to convince us why we should...
