I think my MMI interview went fine, but at one station talking about implicit biases I asked my interviewer to repeat the question he asked me. I did this twice at that station. I guess I was nervous and didn't fully hear what he said. What would you think if a student did this? I think my answers were perfectly fine and they didn't come out nervous at all.

It's ok to ask them to repeat themselves! It takes time for our brains to process things sometimes. You will NOT get marked down for asking them to repeat themselves. Don't worry <3 you, fam!

Honestly, I'd worry about your listening and/or or comprehension skills. IF the interviewer were someone with a thick accent, I'd cut you a lot of slack.

Would he note that I asked him to repeat? I think the interviewers were volunteers who are not on the admissions committee or maybe I’m wrong.

I would note it if I were the interviewer.

What's done is done. You can't change the past, so forget about it and move on to the next interview.
