Assigning LORs to schools before you get their secondary

Yo so, I have been noticing that on a lot of my secondaries, the schools say that "i'f you haven't done so already assign LORs to...." when I assign them now, they take at least a week to be processed. How many of you guys assigned the LORs before you got the secondary? I feel like your app would be processed faster if you did that

I did. I'm pretty sure it's normal to do that...

I did too. I just looked up on their sights to see what each school wanted and went from there. And now whenever I get my secondaries I make sure it's what they want. If not you can just change it and re-submit. No biggy.
