Assisting Puerto Rican ED's

I've seen information about supplies needed in Puerto Rican ED's, but I have not been able to find information on how to actually get these supplies down there.

Does anyone have good information on this? Please post or PM me if you prefer.

Buy a plane? Or better yet a boat?
It will be remarkably tough to get them down there. And the infrastructure needed to use them is also not doing very good right now.

They need road builders and line men more than anything right now.
