Assume Balanced Equation

If an equation is explicitly written out in the passage, and not just described, is it safe to assume that it is already balanced or is it a good idea to check?

It's probably balanced, but spending 15 secs to check it wouldn't hurt. I'm a little biased because of my background...so I always check lol.

From the practices that I've taken, equations in the passages are usually balanced. If you come across one that's not balanced its usually in a FSQ. Unless stated otherwise, passage equations are usually balanced
