Can’t confirm, I posted in another thread about cancelling my registration and was able to keep the virtual meeting. If the event is cancelled, I would assume they would have said something then. I was able to cancel my hotel registration without any issues but they didn’t say the event was cancelled either.
ASTRO Refresher website doesn't say anything new. Would be nice to know since it's in 9 days.
Just spoke with the hotel and they confirmed that it was cancelled. Surprised that ASTRO has not updated yet.
I was told that it was confirmed that it was happening and they've posted a notice on their website that they have confirmed safety measures with the hotel:
If it's cancelled they need to let us know today. It's not just for oral prep and there are plenty of practicing BC docs that go to it.
