At what point do you stop smelling your own odour?

I ask myself this question every times one of my colleagues has horrendous body odour but is dressed/groomed well.

Now, I am not going to say anything because I don't want to hurt feelings...(and the wards tends to waft with more offensive odours on a regular basis)...

But, can they not smell their own body?

Probably about the same amount of time it takes for you to stop being able to smell your own shiet while taking a shiet.

Same problems at gyms. guys with dripping sweaty tees really need to cut their workout short.

i don't know. maybe YOU have horrendous body odor yourself, but can no longer smell it! how would you know? have you asked? maybe I have horrendous body odor too. damn.
