I am curious as to any insight you all can give into the different Atherectomy devices for PAD procedures. Our OBL organization is growing quickly, 2 up and running with 3 more opening by the end of this year. We currently use Phoenix, Rotoblator, JetStream and TurboHawk. We would like to settle on 1 or 2 optimal devices to conserve precious storage space in our lab. We currently have 2 proceduralist who have conflicting opinions and would like to get a larger sample size of opinions.
Taking into consideration effectiveness of the device, distal embolization rates, efficiency/ease of use and cost. Please list the products you are familiar with and any relevant pros/cons.
