Wanted to find out from those of you attending one of the top 4 caribbean schools if any of them have 3rd/4th year clinicals in or around Atlanta, Georgia...Thanks!!

I think Ross just lined up some spots in Atlanta, not sure though. Of course it sounds like you might have to wait a few years after your basic sciences to get all those rotations completed.

According to Ross clinical department: "There is a new affiliation agreement in Georgia with Atlanta Medical Center (AMC), Crawford Long Hospital ( Emory University ) and Dekalb Medical Center ( Morehouse University ). This new agreement will begin in August and September 2007 with six students at AMC in surgery and family medicine and five students on Ob-Gyn and internal medicine each rotation. At DeKalb Medical Center there will be a pediatrics (ACGME) clerkship for six students every 6 weeks and at Crawford Long Hospital there is a new psychiatry (ACGME) clerkship for six student every 6 weeks. I hope we will be able to "grow" this site over the next several semesters."

There is also a site at Albany in Georgia. I am uncertain as to SGU, AUC or Saba.

Does anyone know anything about "Greater Medical Center" in Atlanta, Georgia.. and the program it has with affiliation with "Xavier University School of Medicine"???

SJSM is supposed to have them too (I'm doing mine in South GA a contract with a hospital here was just signed)
