Atlas of OMFS .

This along with Surgical Approaches to the Facial Skeleton are probably the two highest yield books to have as references in residency.

Surgical approaches like mentioned above is very useful. Atlas is pretty superficial in terms of depth but will absolutely get you introduced to whatever it is you're looking for, along with what I consider the best medical illustrations in an OMFS text.

P.S. I'd consider an older volume of the approaches book.
