Atropine Dosing

When giving atropine for NON-emergency situations, is there a maximum daily dose and frequency for bradycardia? The only dosing info I can find is for bradycardia in ACLS, which is 0.5 to 1 mg IV q3-5 min, max of 3 mg total.

We had an order for atropine 1 mg IV up to 6 times a day prn bradycardia, and we couldn't find any info to support this dosing/frequency.

Looks like organophosphate poisoning dosage is up to 6mg at once, and may be repeated. I don't think there is an upper limit. Just monitor for toxicity.
