- isoniazid, rifampin and ethambutol are considered safe
- give pyroxidine with isoniazid to prevent depletion...neuro complications
- give oral Vitamin K during last month of pregnancy as rifampin and isoniazid have been associated (by case reports only) with hemmorrhagic disease of the newborn
- Ethambutol is associated with congenital ototoxicity and should not be used in pregnancy
- pyrazidamide isn't routinely given, but can be given if there is demonstrated resistance
