For those of u who got into usc-congrats!! 🙂 and those of u waitin-hang in there! ull get it soon! 😀

Question: for all u future usc students-what made u choose sc rather than ucsf or ucsd? Those are my top 2 choices n then its usc-personally its the tuition that scares me-even though I'm about an hour away from sc but kudos to all u ppl goin there! If u don't mind-i would like to know ur decision to as to why you decided to go for the trojan rather than somewhere else.

thanks! 😀

I was accepted to USC off of the AC list and will be turning down my UCSF offer to go to USC. I just felt that USC was a better program overall and a better fit for me.

Hey when were you taken off the AC list and offered admission to USC? did u find out today?

I'm choosing USC over UCSF too! I'm from the bay area and I've always wanted to experience living in socal. Also because the campus is so beautiful! They also have a really stong alumni network, which should come in handy after graduating from their program! But you really can't go wrong with either school.

I picked USC over UCSF last year (I'm a current USC student) and i did it purely for personal reasons (i.e. family and friends). So I'm happy i made my choice. Unfortunately, if you're deciding pre-dominantly based on the quality of the pharmacy program, I wouldn't say that USC is worth the extra $20,000/yr. It becomes very frustrating dealing with poor administration, especially when you're constantly reminded by how much tuition is.

I choose USC over UCSF because of many reasons... areas, climate, and my friends are going there too. UCSF though has 10k cheaper in tuition, but the cost of living is SF is a lot more expensive anyway, so the difference is not that great.

Probaly the most important factors that got me into USC is because of friends/school network after graduation/warmer climate comparing to UCSF.
