For current and past University at Buffalo students, I am just wondering what specific range of rotation and experiential sites the program offers. I have searched for this on the web, but was unable to find info on it. Also, what are some professional electives (both in and outside of the pharmacy school) available?

Thanks!

Edit: I forgot another important question in this thread: What is your impression of the school. Do/did you like it?

Ask Kris Jordan at UB to send it to you.

I love UB pharmacy school. 😍
They train good/the best pharmacists in ny...no offense to other ny pharmacy schools. hehe...
They offer a whole bunch of rotations....it is very well set up. you get to chose what you want or even set rotations yourself if you can find a preceptor at whatever site.
However, you might not get the rotation you want/chose....i wanted some experience at hospice but didnt get a chance to do it. *shrug*

Ask Kris Jordan at UB to send it to you.

she's a super nice lady but i don't think she has the time to deal with non-UB pharmacy students...ask the admission office.

hi, i m currently a p1 student in UB. Well, i don't know exact locations and info about rotation. but when i was doing my counseling exercise, there was a map on the wall which shows the locations of rotations in buffalo, rochester and areas around here. there are a lot really.

and i think one of the really good things about buffalo is that the school is really focused on research. so research opportunity is very accesible.

Did you guys know that UB is building a new pharmacy building??? I just had a talk with the dean of pharmacy and he said that it should be completed by 2009!!!
