I only listed the university programs, there are still many other spots in larger cities that aren't necessarily university programs. Many of the more competitive residencies are listed under the transitional category.

Yes i saw them. What i said is that most are in undesireable areas and are typically smaller. That is true. The links i had posted earlier clearly suggest this is the largest problem all FMG's encounter. It is common throughout threads here on SDN that people state the most difficult part of FMG education is getting medical residency match in the US, its no secret.

Beside that, listing areas where they "may be accepted" cetainly dosent suggest they will be. In anycase, seems the discussion is at an end.
