Audio and Video on USMLE?

I checked the USMLE and NBME website, and it doesn't say anything about video and audio on the content page. I also haven't seen anyone mention it on any threads. But someone told me that they were adding it to the exam. Is there audio and video on this year's exam?

Our school sent out an e-mail about it with this link:

It doesn't sound like it will be an issue for step 1 until 2008.

The 150 Released Questions for NBME includes 3 A/V sample questions so I assumed from that that there could be A/V questions on the real deal.

Yeah but Step II doesn't really seem as important in terms of residencies. So I'm fine with whatever on that test.

I'm going to buy one of those USMLE question banks tomorrow for $50. This may have been posted before, but anyone know which form is best/most accurate to get? Thanks!

I'd get them all and average my results.
