I'm planning to listen / watch videos on the bus when I travel, but should I watch gold standard videos or the EK audio osmosis? Which one is better in terms of content/effectiveness? thanks!

(if neither, is there a better resource out there for audio/visual? I already watched Chad's videos)

I have been listening to EK audio osmosis for a few months now. I found them helpful for just passively learning things in the car and while getting ready in the morning/falling asleep...but then I came across a list of corrections for the recordings. It's my fault I didn't even think to look for an errata list, but it was still frustrating after listening to the CD's over and over thinking they were correct content-wise. So learn from my mistake and look at the error lists first if you're going to use AO!

EK audio osmosis - - it hasn't been updated in awhile, but is it still pretty good with the content relevance?

Audio osmosis all the way. There are also certain apps that allow you to 2x speed audio, which will be your friend in medical school if you have video-based lectures.
