Audition Rotation at the same institution

Is it ok to do an audition rotation in two different specialties at the same institution? If you end up applying to one of the specialties and not the other will the program directors find out?

This seems like a bad idea- I mean you could run into the PD or even residents from the other program while there, and then have to make up a story. Why risk it?

disagree with the above, i think it's fine so long as you only end up applying to one. applying to multiple programs at the same place is poor form, but multiple rotations on its own is not. why would you have to make up a story?
