I just finished up my secondaries today but I'm kind of nervous since I finished my PS pretty late which slowed down my AMCAS submission. I'm not expecting top tier schools but I'd be happy to get in to any of the SUNY's or anything in NY. Does anyone have any insight as to how my chances were hindered?

If it's any consolation I'm in the same boat as you and have been freaking out this past week 😛

From what I've gathered the whole cycle has been pushed back a bit by AMCAS's technical difficulties, thus you and I are still near the middle of applicants. No point in stressing at this point, either you are going to get in this cycle or you apply early next cycle and get in for sure 😀

My pre-health adviser told me not to worry about it because everything's pushed back as you said, but of course it's in every pre-med's nature to be paranoid 😛
