August MCAT results are finally in!

My MCAT went up 4 points from my April MCAT, and it has completely changed my perspective on things. I had been going off of backup plans, and now it looks like I will have more opportunities than I had expected.

How did everyone else do?

For the April MCAT I took the Princeton Review, but I did not prepare for the August MCAT.

Any increase on the MCAT makes you feel good doesn't?

It doesn't necessarily mean he performed better, it may just mean that the pool performed lower overall than the previous exam he took.

I was pleasantly astonished by my score. The last time I took the MCAT was in 1994! And I still went up--I did better in every section except the bio. (which stayed the same, probably because of the organic). My writing sample went *way* up. Hmm...maybe those things are worth something after all! LOL

yay.. congrats!! I went up 7 points from last time.... i know what you mean by opportunity.. it feels so much better to realize that your future isn't hanging on by a thread (that thread of course being the MCAT!) i might be a DO one day afterall!!!
