Hey Guys,

I am having some trouble differentiating between autonmic and somatic systems within the body. Could anybody help me with a way to diffrentiate between which body parts are run with which

To shed a little bit more light on the matter, if there is ever a case when you are confused as to whether a muscle is autonomic or somatic, such as the diaphragm--it can both be controlled and unconsciously controlled. Just remember this rule--if at any point you can control it, it is somatic. Otherwise, it is autonomic.
