How long would you keep a patient off Avastin before starting palliative mediastinal XRT? Thanks in advance,

3 weeks, personally. i don't know of any data on it other than you sure as heck shouldn't be doing it concurrently

Thanks. I was going to wait a month. Average half life is 20 days, and label warning says d/c 28 days before surgery..
Avastin is a big problem in managing metastatic NSCLC.
